About the Trip

It's never too late to learn to swim. Our adult swim program can help you become confident in the water, which can mean a number of different benefits. It's a great exercise, very relaxing and can help reduce stress greatly. Adult lessons are taught on a private basis only and we recommend at least 6 sessions.
